This is an app and a half. If you thought Adobe Photoshop Express was good then you should consider this free app for endless editing and that's about it. For the purposes of this review this app will be compared to APSE. Pros: many more items to mess around with and comes out with a generally better finish, you can edit different parts of the photo at different times which is useful for making your photos different, both apps are free BUT photo power is free for a limited time, they are both amazingly easy to use. Cons: this app has few borders that you can use and unless you know what you are doing it could be hard to achieve the desired effect. Overall this is an amazing app for professionals but unless you use adobe photoshop express first it could be hard to learn.
